MONTHLY DECO SUBSCRIPTION (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE)

* This is a recurring Monthly Deco program. A new monthly deco sheet will be shipped out each month. You will be charged the price of the sheet, shipping + tax.
* The deco sheet will ship out around the 15th of every month
* Subscription must be ordered separately. If you want to order other items, please place a separate order. 
* You can cancel at any time.
* You will receive the monthly deco sheet and monthly sampler only.
* This program is for United States customers only (for now)

If there is an issue of non-payment, I will send a reminder.  If payment is not received with a reasonable time (within 48-72 hours), the invoice for that month will be cancelled. If non-payment continues to happen, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.
