Shipping policy

Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. Once shipped, orders should be received in 7-10 days. International orders can take up to 6 weeks. Processing times will be extended depending on volume of orders received, Planner sales or Holidays.

Once your order enters the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delays, damaged or lost packages. Please work with USPS on these issues.

Shipping address verification

Please ensure your address is correct when submitting your order. Occasionally USPS will kick back an incorrect address, but that's not always the case. If you notice your address is incorrect, email us right away. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address.
