| HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? |

Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. Once shipped, orders should be received in 7-10 days. International orders can take up to 6 weeks. Processing times will be extended depending on volume of orders received, Planner sales and Holidays.
Once your order enters the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delays, damaged or lost packages. Please work with USPS on these issues.

| WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? |
| We currently do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at planneraesthetic@gmail.com . A customer service rep will respond within 24-48 hours. Please do not leave DMs or posts on social media. |
| WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR YOUR STICKERS ? |
| Please read the listings carefully. We use both Matte sticker paper, as well as Premium sticker paper. On our foil jobs, we tend to use Premium paper, because foil adheres to this paper better, but there will be times when Matte sticker paper is used. (i.e checklist boxes. Matte sticker paper is better for writing with ball or gel pens, less smudge) |
| ADDRESS VERIFICATION |
| Please make sure your address is correct when submitting an order. Occasionally USPS will kick back an incorrect address, but that's not always the case. If you notice your address is incorrect, email us right away. Once an order ships, we can no longer make changes and are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address. The customer will bear the responsibility of paying the postage to reship an order.(Honestly this has never happened before, but just in case..) |
